Who am I?

I have more than 20 years of experience connecting with, recruiting, qualifying, and negotiating with top-tier sales professionals.  I am addicted to the sales profession and, in fact, have been an individual contributor and manager in sales myself.

I am a certified Talent Advisor which enables me to better understand industry-wide talent strategies, industry-specific business acumen, labor market expertise, and lead generation strategies.

This approach provides benefits such as improved quality of hires, lower cost per hire, better candidate fit, effective hiring manager partnerships, and a stronger strategic profile for recruiting.

I have maintained a relationship with each of my hiring managers and sales professionals over the years and lean on them frequently for their professional guidance.  And, I have learned from all of them how to identify the good from the great!

Have worked as a contingency third party, a contractor on several project-based and time-sensitive initiatives, and on the corporate side as well.

I am a USMC Veteran and live on a countryside farm in rural Iowa with my significant other and our Schnauzers, Vini and Remington.
